BUK expels 27 students, rusticates 8 others for malpractice

The management of the Bayero University Kano (BUK) has announced the expulsion of 27 students of the institution for engaging in examination malpractices. Eight others students were also suspended for malpractices. This was contained in a statement signed by the Director of Examinations, Admissions and Records (DEAR) of the university, Hajiya Amina Umar Abdullahi, on Sunday, February 19. Anambra police declare NYSC member wanted over multiple offences

The Anambra police command has issued an arrest warrant on one Emeh Nnamdi Daniel, a member of the National Youths Service Corps (NYSC) for his alleged involvement in several criminal offenses. The corps member who is a police officer was attached to the state police Command for his one-year mandatory national service and has been indicted in an ongoing investigation in the command.
