Three Chairman’s Scholarships from Standard Bank of Africa will be given out by the London School of Economics and Political Science in the UK for the 2023–2024 academic year.
These awards are intended to help academically talented individuals who lack the financial resources to continue their studies in this field. Those who are chosen must be able to prove both extraordinary academic merit and pressing financial need.

Value of Award: The three scholarships will each provide the cost of full fees for the eligible programmes and provide a maintenance stipend for living costs.
Eligibility: Applicants will ordinarily be resident in one of Standard Bank’s African presence countries, with a preference for residents of South Africa, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, Angola, Mozambique and South Sudan.
