The Kaduna State Government Scholarship Program is now accepting applications from qualified students and is completely funded and sponsored by the Kaduna State Government.
Government of Kaduna’s scholarship program
Nigerian students who meet the requirements can take advantage of fully-funded scholarship options provided by the Kaduna State Government, whether they want to study domestically or overseas.
Merit, need, disability, or skills are the selection criteria for the KDSG scholarship, with preference given to Kaduna State residents.
The government wants to make sure that all youngsters, especially those with strong academic credentials, have equitable access to great education.
Throughout their studies, scholarship recipients are required to maintain a cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of at least 4.0 out of 5.0 or 3.5 out of 4.0.

Kaduna State Scholarship Program requirements
1. The first prerequisite for eligibility for the scholarship grant is that the applicant must be a Kaduna State native.
2. Enrollment at an accredited institution is required.
3. You need to get good grades.
4. A minimum CGPA of 3.0 is needed for students in higher institutions such universities, polytechnics, and schools of education.
5. To confirm their qualifications, eligible candidates will go through a screening procedure.
6. The First School Leaving Certificate is required.
7. A Certificate of Origin is necessary.
8. For students at universities, polytechnics, colleges, schools of nursing, etc., a Statement of Results containing the candidate’s cumulative grade point average must also be supplied.
Requirements for Eligibility
1. Those who are residents of Kaduna state are the only people who can apply for this scholarship.
2. All applicants must be citizens of the state of Kaduna in order to be considered for this award.
3. Those who are native to Kaduna state will be given preference.
4. The MBBS degree program is the only one for which the scholarship is valid.
5. Candidates must have earned at least six (6) Distinctions in As and Bs on their senior secondary school transcripts; these distinctions must have been earned in science disciplines like physics, chemistry, and biology in addition to the English language and mathematics, which are required.
The certificate must have been received within the last two (2) years, and it applies to either the WAEC or NECO (May/June) exams.
6. The certificate’s expiration date must be no more than two (2) years ago.
7. This scholarship is only open to people who are between the ages of 17 and 20.

STEP 2:
1. Send in your scholarship application .
2. Locate the “Create Account” button on the homepage and proceed to click it.
3. Enter your email address and password, and then select the “Login” button.
4. Upon logging in, copy the 12-digit PIN number located at the top of the page.
5. Select the “Apply for Scholarship” option.
6. Enter the 12-digit PIN number and click on “Apply Now.”
7. Please furnish the application form with all the necessary information.
8. Click the “Submit” button.
